The lodge can sleep four people in two bedrooms, one king-size double and one adult bunks room, both sharing a light and airy shower room. The open plan living area has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a cosy sitting area. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a decked veranda and furniture. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Town: Cresswell is a Northumberland village on the North Sea coast, popular with bird watchers with Cresswell Pond being nearby and the Druridge Bay Country Park less than 3 miles away. The village has an ice cream shop but this does close out of season. The nearby town of Ashington, once known as the largest mining village in the world and offers a good range of shops and has a market day on Tuesday. It also boasts two country parks, Wansbeck Riverside Country Park and the Queen Elizabeth II Country Park at Woodhornn.
This cabin is located in Morpeth. Woodhorn Narrow Gauge Railway and Warkworth Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Bedlingtonshire Golf Club and Warkworth Golf Course. Newbiggin Maritime Centre and Treacle Wool Shop are also worth visiting.
