Located just a short walk across the dunes to the fabulous sandy bay in Beadnell with the views of Dunstanburgh Castle in the distance tempting you to keep walking. You can join in or watch the many water sports practised on this much loved beach or, simply relax with a picnic in the dunes. Take the coastal path on to Seahouses and Bamburgh, visit the castle, shops and restaurants there or head south on your walk to Embleton, Low Newton and Craster. Discover nearby Holy Island across the causeway and venture further to the historic market town of Berwick upon Tweed. Back in Beadnell, there is a village store, dog friendly pub restaurants and a bistro to choose from for meals out. Enter through the rear door located at the end of the long garden and patio area. The kitchen/diner overlooks the garden and is equipped with everything you will need for preparing your meals with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer and there is a dining table and chairs. The spacious family bathroom leads from this room and has a shower over bath and WC. Moving through from the kitchen to the cosy lounge, you will find two comfortable sofas where you can relax in front of the wood burner and for nights in you can find something you like on the Smart TV. The front door leads out to the garden and another small patio. Heading up the stairs, you will find a small shower room with stunning views out to sea, a shower and WC. The pretty cosy master bedroom has a double bed with lovely sea views whilst the spacious second bedroom is a twin. Outside the kitchen, there is a stone patio area with garden furniture for al fresco dining and a lawned garden leads up to the garden gate and parking beyond. At the front, there is a patio area with a picnic table and bench seating, the rest of the garden is lawned and open plan with the neighbouring properties there is off road parking for two cars, on the grassed area at the rear of the property.
