This harbour front cottage looks out onto popular Seahouses harbour. Located close to the beach and the village centre, this former fisherman s cottage is a crown jewel in this bustling fishing village. Seahouses offers access to the spectacular Farne Islands, home to exciting wildlife, including grey seals, puffins and other rare bird species. Holy Island home to Lindisfarne Castle is accessible by car and there are miles of walking and cycling routes leading to the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Alnwick, Dunstaburgh and Warkworth. For those wanting to bring their clubs, Seahouses also has a full 18 hole golf course. Guests can access the nearby leisure club for free and can use the health and fitness facilities for a small fee. This reverse level cottage is full of original features all the facilities a holiday home might need. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms a double and a twin that share a contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath, with WC. The utility room with washer/dryer can also be found on this floor. Heading up to the first floor is the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has a feature stone wall and access to the balcony. In the lounge area relax in front of the wood burner effect electric fire and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV, or relax with a good book and listen to some music on the CD player. In the dining area there is a dining table which seats four and the kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, small freezer and a microwave. There is a balcony which is accessed through the French windows from the lounge, offering an ideal place for an fresco drink at the outdoor table with seating while enjoying the spectacular, panoramic views of the harbour and beyond. There is allocated off road parking for one car.
