Town: Placed in rural Northumberland between Morpeth and Alnwick, Felton is a must-visit. Alnwick, home of the largest cascading water feature in Europe as well as an immense tree house, a rose garden, and an attractive walled garden, is only ten miles from the village, which has its own shop with a post office, coffee shop, tavern, and restaurant. The castle is also well-known for its role as Hogwarts in the "Harry Potter" movie. There is lots to see and do in the area around Alnwick, including miles of golden sand beaches, dozens of castles, and boat journeys to the world-famous Farne Islands. As a whole, it's a great base from which to discover Northumberland and its breathtaking Heritage Coast.

Located in Morpeth, this lodge is in a rural area. Brinkburn Priory and Stanton Hall are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Macdonald Linden Hall Golf Course and Willowburn Sports and Leisure Centre.
