Just a few minutes’ walk will take you to Alnwick Castle and Gardens, town centre restaurants and shops, the Alnwick Bus Station, and local walks and trails.
Only a short drive from the property you will find the stunning Northumberland coast, Bamburgh Castle, the Farne Islands, and the outstanding Cragside National Trust House and Gardens.
Percy Cottages were originally part of the Duke of Northumberland's estate and our cottage retains its original character whilst providing everything you need for an enjoyable stay including Wifi, spacious rooms with two living rooms (so no fighting over entertainment options!), and a fully equipped kitchen.
The wood burning stove in the snug provides the perfect place for relaxing after a busy day seeing the sights, and a paved courtyard at the back of the property provides space to relax on warm summer nights.
Parking:
Street parking is available across from the cottage and in several neighbouring streets.
Upstairs:
Our three bedrooms are all located on the first floor and provide accommodation for both family or groups. They comprise of a double bedroom with en-suite and two twin rooms.
The final room upstairs is the main bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Downstairs:
There are two lounge areas - the snug has a wood burning stove, TV, and a variety of books and games, whilst the second sitting room has a gas fire, TV and DVD player.
The kitchen has a table for six and is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
A back porch leads to a paved courtyard with seating.
Note: There is a king-size bed settee in the snug which can be made available on request, providing accommodation for a further two guests. Just drop us an email.

This vacation home is located in Alnwick. Bailiffgate Museum and Alnwick Playhouse are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Lilidorei at The Alnwick Garden and Eshott Heugh Animal Park.
