Additionally, there is a conservatory dining area that features a wooden floor and also leads to the garden. The first floor contains three bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms, along with a shower room and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The property is equipped with oil central heating, and utilities such as electricity (charged at £20 per week from October to April), bed linen, and towels are included.
