Here, a range of water sports can be enjoyed including surfing, bodyboarding, water skiing and kite boarding. There are also many opportunities for diving and sailing in the area. Beadnell Village itself is home to a well stocked general store together with two excellent pubs and a fish & chip shop for a well earned hearty meal after a long day in the water. This stretch of coastline is fantastic for both walking and cycling, with many routes leading to neighbouring coastal villages and beaches. Inside, the accommodation is spacious and bright, with a fantastic, light and airy, open plan main living space with high vaulted ceiling for spending quality time together as a group. Prepare delicious meals in the contemporary style kitchen area, which features a sociable breakfast bar with seating for two guests, that opens out onto the garden through French doors. Once prepared, dine at the designer table nearby, which sits in sunlight next to the large glass doors. At the end of a long day, relax and unwind in the cosy lounge area, which features a wood burner, plenty of books and games, a TV with Sky TV, DVD as well as a PlayStation and Xbox. There is also a Bluetooth speaker so you can enjoy listening to your favourite music. This property offers three restful bedrooms: one double bedroom on the ground floor. Heading upstairs, guests can find one king size master bedroom with fantastic Juliet balcony, TV and en suite shower room with WC; and one twin bedroom with TV and coastal views. There is also a family bathroom with separate shower cubicle and WC. Outside there is a spacious and enclosed decked patio with garden furniture and a BBQ for enjoying al fresco meals, along with two outside heaters and fire pit to extend a lazy evening when the sun goes down. Windbreakers are located around the decking area to keep the breeze out and there is a designated doggy area. There is a lockable store cupboard to the side of the house which is home to deck chairs, wind breakers, tennis equipment and a cricket set for the beach. There are also two tennis courts to the front of the property which guests have access to. There is off road parking for two cars.
