The Tree Line 45 is a fabulous lodge resting in Swarland near Felton, Northumberland and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The living areas in the single-storey lodge include an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, a dining area for four people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV, sofa bed and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with a TV and en-suite shower room, and a twin with a TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a wrap-around decking with furniture, shared lawn areas, off-road parking for one car, and roadside parking for two cars. Within 3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.8, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but please note that smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy contemporary comforts in gorgeous, rural Northumberland surroundings at The Tree Line 45. Note: Guests have access to: a golf course, tennis courts, regular visits from food outlets, a play area and membership to the swimming pool in Alnwick.

The castle is widely known for being the location of Hogwarts School in the "Harry Potter" movie! Overall, a fantastic base for exploring Northumberland's gorgeous Heritage Coastline.
Located in Morpeth, this lodge is in a rural area. Alnwick Castle and Bailiffgate Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Northumberland Coast and Cragside Country Park. Eshott Heugh Animal Park and Lilidorei at The Alnwick Garden are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling, rock climbing, and hiking/biking trails nearby.
