An outstanding Cape Cod style bolthole overlooking the sea…  Portland is awesome! This contemporary four bedroom detached home has everything you need for a fabulous holiday with friends or family. Accommodation is very comfortable and stylish with top quality furnishings and  plenty of room for eight guests to enjoy the sociable space. The open plan living area is light with folding French doors from the dining area opening up onto a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for children, dogs and a little alfresco dining! The sea views are awesome too… especially from the first floor balcony. So, if you’re looking for a spacious holiday home right on the beach - this one ticks all the boxes!
What can we say… simply unpack the car, kick off your shoes and chill. If you can tear yourself away from the property, this area of coastline is well known for its excellent sailing, fishing and wind surfing. It’s also a lovely area for walking with many coastal walks taking in views of dramatic cliff top ruins including Dunstanburgh Castle. Beyond the Castle is Craster, a picturesque village famous for kippers and other smoked delicacies. A variety of seabirds and grey seal colonies can be observed on the Farne Islands by taking a boat trip from Seahouses, just 2 miles away.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: king size double bed, balcony with sea views.  Flat screen TV.
Ensuite : shower, WC, wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2 : king size double bed. Sea views. Flat screen TV
Ensuite: shower, WC, wash hand basin.
Bedroom 3 : twin beds. Flat screen TV
Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin.
Second floor :
Bedroom 4 : super king size vaulted ceiling, sea views. Walk in wardrobe.
Shower room : shower, WC, wash hand basin.
Entertainment: flat screen TV, Netflix, DVD, WiFi, books and games.
For families: stair gate is provided, cot and high chair can be hired. TV's in the lounge and in each bedroom. Games for indoors or outdoors. Beach items - buckets, spades etc. 
Outside : enclosed rear garden with "astroturf", table and chairs, barbeque (charcoal not supplied). Outdoor games equipment - buckets and spades, beach gear etc.
Parking: 2 small cars off road, or 1 larger vehicle & another parked on road.
General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets per bed & 2 pillows per person and hand & bath sheet per person). Electricity (including heating). Welcome pack: tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Bathroom welcome packs.
Pets: Portland welcomes well behaved dogs (up to 2) @ £25 per dog per week or part thereof welcome. Pets should not be left unattended in the property or allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture. Garden is finished with "astroturf" (it is essential that you pick up after your pet, and if necessary hose down our "grass".) Dog duvet, plastic dog bed, dog crate available to hire.
