Self-contained studio in the ground floor of a modern house in The Park - the leafy and quiet Victorian private estate close to the city and transport links. The studio is furnished to a high standard, and very well-equipped. You can check in any time from 2pm, and stay till 11am on checkout day.

The space
A spacious studio with separate sleeping, living and kitchen areas; the bathroom contains a combined shower/bath. It's a quiet haven, but just a short walk from the buzzing and vibrant city centre. The flat has all that you need for your stay, no matter how long -

• Oven and hob, microwave, fridge
• Washer-dryer, iron and board

Please note, if a longer term stay is required, the studio is best suited to 1-2 adults. If you would like 3 people to stay for more than 2 nights, please contact me first before booking so that you and I can be sure that the accommodation will be suitable for you.
