As a self-catering apartment, this beautiful city centre apartment is a perfect retreat for coupes and friends. Situated in the very centre of Nottingham its close to many bars, restaurants, clubs, cafes and shopping outlets.

Well equipped, with a private enclosed luxury hot tub, private terrace with seating, games room, breakfast area and offers a comfortable nights relaxing stay.

Parking is very close 200 yards walkout a local multi-storey pay and display. 2 mins walk to the door of the apartment.

The main bedroom is on the ground level which offers a double bed, television, en-suite bathroom. The terrace leads from the bedroom that holds the enclosed rigid whirlpool hot tub with outdoor seating area. Travel cot is provided but bedding for this is not supplied.

Down the stairs there is a small double sofa bed that will allow one more adult or child to stay comfortably. This leads to the pool table and open plan kitchen with television and Wii Console for all your gaming fun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic kitchen needs including a microwave, fridge freezer, oven, kettle, toaster and crockery, pots & pans.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and freestanding shower. Essential toiletries are provided for your arrival so you can relax and enjoy from start to finish.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Pets are welcome but must abide by the policy rules. Fees will apply if these are not followed. Any mess must be cleaned up & ensure they are not on the soft furnishings. I.e bed or sofa.

- Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed except in the courtyard with door closed.
- The kitchen & games area is accessed by stairs only
- Pets are allowed at the property.
