The space
This beautiful newly refurbished home has been finished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. The bedrooms large (and super comfy!) beds for guests to enjoy a restful nights sleep.

The property itself is situated in a popular area in the vicinity of Nottingham City Centre. There are local pubs, restaurants and high-street convenience stores nearby to the property all within walking distance

Nottingham's train station is only a mile away, so 5 mins in a taxi, or within walking distance too.

The property is well served by public transport, you can take a number of buses to tour around the city and other surrounding areas.

This lovely home is located in one of Nottingham's most sought after and popular areas. It is the perfect location for a family weekend, business trip or for anyone working in the city for a long period of time and not wanting to be confined to a hotel room.

Guests will also have access to a small well maintained garden to the rear.

Standard check-in time is 3.00pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00am.

Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.

My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.
