The space
A beautiful modern new build home which sleeps 5 people and has 2 free parking spaces. It's ideal for a family or a group of friends.

The property consists of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, living area, kitchen diner, bathroom with combined shower/bath, and an ensuite shower room to bedroom one. you will find a large well maintained private garden at the rear which is accessible via the side door or via the patio doors in the kitchen dining area. It's centrally located with only 2 miles away from the buzzing and vibrant city centre. This stylish house has all that you need for your stay, to make a it a comfortable 'home from home'.

The house itself is a brand new build on an estate only 2 years old, so all furniture, fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality and of course new. Within 5 mins walking distance you will have access to a retail park which has a McDonalds, Aldi, Subway, Greggs and Costa.

Guest access
The guests will enjoy the property all to themselves, and have access to all parts of the property.

Standard check-in time is 3.00pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00am.

Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.

My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.
