Enjoy this beautiful cottage located in a lovely residential area in Nottingham. This property is perfect for a family getaway with fantastic transport links in and out of the city, and only a short drive into central Nottingham.

This quaint cottage is ideal for anyone working in the area, or simply wanting a 'home from home' break, with 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests and parking.

The space
With the first steps into the property, guests will access a large living area with ample seating and socializing space. This will then lead on to a large open plan kitchen with a formal dining table, as well as bar stools for less informal seating to enjoy your food and drinks.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find:

The cottage has 3 floors with a bathroom on each. On the top floor you will find a large bedroom with 2 single beds, and on the first floor 2 spacious bedrooms with luxurious and super comfortable beds for guests to enjoy a great nights sleep.

Superfast Wi-Fi is available for guests to enjoy with a large smart tv in the main living area.

Standard check-in time is 3.00pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00am.

Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.

My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.
