The property is located just fifteen minutes by bus to the centre of Oxford. Situated in the leafy Oxford suburb of Summertown, Apple Tree is a twenty minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Summertown, and near to the Wolvercote Roundabout from which you have easy access to the M40 and A34.

Apple Tree is also close to St Edwards School and a short drive or bus to The Dragon School, Summerfields School and Oxford High. The home is managed by Oxford based home managers called Keys In Our Hands who are on hand to help plan for your arrival and help with any questions during your stay. The home is adjoined to the main house where the owners live.

This cottage is located in Oxford. Ashmolean Museum and Oxford Playhouse are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Oxford Ice Rink and Oxford Greyhound Stadium. Iffley Village and Waterperry Gardens are also worth visiting.
