The apartment is newly built in 2022 with modern features including excellent insulation and underfloor heating. Internet is set up and provided by Virgin Media.

Entrance Hall leads onto two double bedrooms on the right and modern bathroom to the left followed by a large well equipped open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with direct access to the balcony. There is also a washing machine built into the kitchen space.
The living area has a comfortable three-seater sofa, coffee table with plenty of reading material. A Samsung 50-inch 4k Ultra HD LED Smart TV.

Bedroom one has a double bed with side tables, chest of drawers, built in storage and an office/workstation area
Second double bedroom has two single beds with built it storage space
The bathroom has a shower over bath, with basin and toilet
