SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.

Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check themselves in early or check out late without permission as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule. Please do not forget to place the keys back in the key safe on your departure or this will also result in a charge.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size hair and body wash etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

TV
The Smart TV does not have access to regular/ Freeview channels. Only on-demand apps available. You will need to use your own login details to access the on-demand apps such as Netflix and Prime.

COFFEE MACHINE
Tassimo coffee pods not provided but can be easily purchased from a local shop.

PROPERTY SAFETY/ RULES
The basement is not intended for guest use but if you need to go in there to check the fuse box for example, please mind your head as it has a low ceiling.

The top floor bedroom has a beautiful Juliet balcony with a rail for safety but please be mindful not to let children in this room to avoid them stepping over the door frame.

Please make sure to shut both velux windows in the attic room to prevent rain water coming through.

FIREPLACES
The fireplaces are part of the build of the property but are not functioning or in use.

PARKING
Parking is not included on premises however the city centre is a short walk or bus ride away and Union Street car park is nearby. We would recommend checking out Justpark online for more affordable, local spaces.

By bus, you can easily travel to or from the Oxford city centre, London (OxfordTube) and surrounding airports (TheAirline).

Additional rules
- No parties or extra guests please
- Respect the neighbors by keeping the noise down, no noise after 10pm
- No shoes inside
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the front door and windows and back door if applicable
- If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a £100 fee will apply
- Please make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking outside in time for rubbish collection day
- Kitchen - please wash up after yourself
