Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home along with a private back garden and driveway parking for two cars.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys and call outs, so please be careful with them.

PARKING
Delighted to confirm there is an allocated parking space for two cars on the driveway. For additional vehicles, please check out 'JustPark' online, for affordable local spots. The street parking is a controlled parking zone, only 2 hours are allowed.

It is also home to the Cowley Road Carnival, an annual live music and food event held every July which attracts over 45,000 visitors every year. There are also 2 large parks nearby, one of them being South Park which hosts numerous events throughout the year including; Common People Music Festival and Foodies Festival.

There are non-stop buses running from Cowley Road to the City Centre where you can go punting, explore the University Grounds, visit the Harry Potter filming location or just go on a shopping spree followed by roof-top drinks at the new Westgate Centre.

My home is a 2 minute walk from the Cowley Road bus stops which run frequently. Alternatively you can drive to the City Centre in under 10 minutes.

To get to and from Oxford you can catch a train from the Oxford Parkway (City Centre). There are also 24/7 buses to London, Heathrow or Gatwick nearby.

- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the front door, windows and back door
- If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a £100 fee will apply
- Please make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking outside in time for rubbish collection day
- Kitchen - please wash up after yourself
