bedroom has a Velux window with beautiful views over Saundersfoot bay
and across to Worms Head on the Gower peninsula.
The lower ground floor is quirkily accessed from a stairway, behind a
door, on the ground floor and here you will find a second open plan
kitchen/ living room. The kitchen is excellently equipped to include a
wine cooler and second dishwasher. Patio doors lead you onto a large,
partially sheltered, patio area with table and chairs and a gate that
leads out to the back of the property and the parking area. This floor
also boasts a twin bedroom where the twin beds can come together as a
super king size bed with French doors opening onto a lower front
courtyard and a nicely presented shower room. This floor lends itself
perfectly as a slightly annexed living quarters – perhaps for
grandparents or older children, affording them their own self-contained
and private area if wished.
