Tenby has a wide selection of restaurants and cafes, but should you wish to dine at home, the kitchen is well equipped with all of the crockery, cutlery and pans which you would need.
The kitchen is flooded with natural light and has been designed with larger families/groups in mind with no expense spared. Granite worktops are fitted throughout and ample cupboard storage and a large freestanding pantry can store all of your groceries.
Two fan assisted ovens, induction hob, microwave oven, under mounted sink and extra wide French style fridge/freezer can accommodate the keenest of cooks.
The Integrated dishwasher and washing machine ensures that cooking and cleaning up is a breeze.
The Welsh farmhouse table in the kitchen provides comfortable seating for four and is an ideal spot for a quick cuppa with the kitchen leading directly into the dining room providing an additional large vintage dining table which can seat 10. A perfect place to gather everyone for evening board games or home cooked meals.
From the kitchen, bi-fold doors open onto the south facing courtyard. Table and seating offering a sunny sheltered spot to eat outside or a have a cold glass of wine or beer in the evening.
The lounge is the final room on the ground floor and is bright and spacious with high ceilings and original pine flooring. The wood-burning stove is a welcome addition on those cold welsh winter evenings when you come home from blustery walks on the beach. Three sofas and an armchair provides plenty of seating with a wall mounted 49" smart 4k ultra HD tv.
On the first floor there is a family size bathroom with full size slipper bath and shower, toilet and basin. Steps lead up to a half landing and access to bedrooms 1 and 2.
Bedroom 1 is situated to the front of the property, with a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, 5 drawer chest and contemporary en suite shower room with toilet, shower and basin.
Bedroom 2 overlooks the rear of the house and has a kingsize bed. A large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and a wall mounted tv completes this room.
A flight of stairs leads up to the second floor, where there is a shower room and bedrooms 3, 4 and 5.
Bedroom 3 boasts a double bed, large chest of drawers and contemporary free standing hanging rail.
Bedroom 4 contains two full size single beds, fitted wardrobe and a two drawer chest.
Bedroom 5 is equipped with a double bed, contemporary open hanging rail with storage boxes and two bedside cabinets.
All of the beds are Sealy Orthopaedic and the bedding is 100% crisp white Egyptian cotton; ensuring you wake relaxed and refreshed.
Hand towel provided in each bathroom.
Tea towels provided in kitchen.
Bath matts provided.
