A few minutes away is the charming and scenic National Trust managed Stackpole Estate and where you can discover it’s fantastic walks meandering down through Bosherston lily ponds, famous for otters and water lilies. This leads onto the golden sands of Broadhaven and close to the truly epic and award-winning Barafundle Bay. Discover the surf at Freshwater West, ideal for romantic sunset walks. The historic walled town of Pembroke is just 3 miles away and features a magnificent Norman castle which is famous as the birthplace of Henry VII. The bustling coastal resort of Tenby is within easy reach and is renowned for its picturesque harbour, narrow cobbled streets and pastel painted Georgian houses.
Honeysuckle Cottage is aptly named from the vibrantly coloured honeysuckle creeping along the cottage walls and dates back to the early 19th century. As you walk through the front door you will instantly feel at home, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The cottage offers exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and solid wood flooring throughout. The character continues through into the spacious bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Throughout, the property has been lovingly furnished and offers a high level of comfort. In the evening enjoy the fully enclosed courtyard and sit back with a glass of wine and some tasty home cooking.
Take a boat trip to Skomer Island and walk amongst the puffins in the breeding season. Explore the stunningly scenic Pembrokeshire Coast Path or the wilds of the Preseli Hills.
