Saundersfoot is a quaint seaside village in Pembrokeshire with a pretty harbour and sandy beach. The village itself has a great selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to keep you occupied. There are plenty of activities available to do on the beach and from the pretty harbour such as boat trips and fishing excursions around the bay. Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs through Saundersfoot, join the route and take in some of the breathtaking 186 mile coastline. Tenby is 3.5 miles from Saundersfoot, where there are further shops and restaurants as well as National Trust Property, Merchant s House, the ruins of Tenby Castle and access to Caldey Island via boat. This stylish apartment has a spacious and open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with contemporary furnishings and plenty of space to cook, eat and relax of an evening. Relax in front of the TV or admire the stunning views from the living room across Saundersfoot Beach and Bay. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge and a freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes, and there is more hanging and storage space in the halls with a further wardrobe. A contemporary shower room is also situated off the hallway. There is underfloor heating available between November and April and night storage heating in the lounge. A door from the living area leads out onto a sea facing balcony with spectacular views across Saundersfoot Beach and beyond. Sit with a morning coffee and admire the stunning scenery around you. The apartment has an allocated parking space for one car and direct access to the beach below. Please note this property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 years.
