Cranford Cottage is a delightful base resting within the picturesque Pembrokeshire county, set a mile away from the medieval town of Pembroke. This romantic base comes within striking distance of the wonderful coastal path, a number of award-winning beaches and a magnitude of vibrant towns and villages boasting superb eateries and shops. After a wonderful day exploring, be welcomed into a bright and spacious sitting room. You and your loved one can curl up on the sofa to catch up on your favourite TV programmes, while the electric fire fills the room with warmth. Beyond here is a well-presented dining table, where you can enjoy the home-cooked meal that you prepared within the well-equipped kitchen or plan the days ahead over a glass of wine before heading to bed. The kitchen houses all the essentials, including washing machine, an electric oven and hob and a fridge/freezer. As the evening draws to a close, look forward to retiring to the king-size double bedroom which is benefitted by a refreshing colour palette, ample storage and an en-suite, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. During the summer months, step outside to soak up the surroundings from the private garden area, where you and your loved one can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining or simply a refreshing beverage before heading out for the day. If you don’t feel like cooking one evening The Highgate Inn is just 5 minutes up the road and has a varied menu perfect for everyone, or why not take the dog for a walk and enjoy a nice refreshing drink in the dog friendly beer garden. A short car journey will bring you into the centre of Pembroke, where you will find a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops to explore, as well as the stunning Pembroke Castle where you can spend an afternoon discovering it’s incredible history. For those feeling active, you can walk a section of the impressive coastal path to enjoy the views of the red sandstone bays, limestone cliffs and the endearing wildlife.
