Town: One of Pembrokeshire's most gorgeous communities, Cresswell Quay, is located 2.4 miles from the rural community of Kilgetty. It is best described as a charming hamlet of dispersed houses along the edge of the tidal estuary. The historic quay, which still allows boats to anchor when the tide permits, is the main attraction. While there, you might want to stop by the Cresselly Arms for a quick snack. Just a short drive away from Tenby, this community has its own train station, as well as a variety of stores and pubs. The coastal towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby are close by and provide wonderful beaches, watersports, and boat tours to Caldey Island, which is home to a small community of monks and their monastery. Kilgetty sits at the centre of a lot of attractions. Additionally close is the acclaimed Folly Farm, a wonderful family outing where you may observe a working farm at its best. The largest wooden rollercoaster in Europe is located at Oakwood Theme Park, which is only ten minutes away by car. The stunning Pembrokeshire coastline and the coastal National Park, a haven for walkers, are also close by.
Located in Kilgetty, this cottage is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and Llys-y-fran Reservoir and Country Park, while Avondale Glass and Tenby Museum and Art Gallery are cultural highlights. Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo and Battlefield Live Pembrokeshire are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails, rock climbing, and cycling.
