Ivy Cottage - a lovely, spacious, romantic one bedroom cottage with a superking bed, overlooking the front lawns, also with a stunning slipper bathroom, separate power shower and underfloor heating.
The cottage door opens into the spacious and very comfortable open plan sitting/dining room, featuring a large inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove – perfect for those romantic nights snuggling up in front of a real log fire.
Ivy Cottage has flat screen TV’s with Freeview Channels both downstairs and upstairs in the bedroom and a DVD Player.
There is an open plan fitted kitchen, fully equipped and including an electric oven with ceramic hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher.
From the sitting room, the stairs lead directly into the spacious open plan bedroom with a superking bed adorned with luxurious linens and fabrics. The view from the large bedroom window is over the front lawns, leading to the meadow and woodland beyond. Leading from the bedroom is the bathroom which has a separate power shower and very luxurious slipper bath.
Outside on the terrace, there is a bistro table for two where you can sit al fresco and enjoy the fantastic view.
NOTE FOR PARENTS: the bedroom in Ivy Cottage has plenty of room for a cot and/or a child z-bed, but the stairs lead directly into the bedroom upstairs. There is no door into the bedroom so any noise may travel between the bedroom and downstairs and vice versa. Also, the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom – just something to bear in mind if you have a little one sleeping upstairs – normally not a problem.
This cottage is located in Boncath. Cenarth Falls and Celtic Country Wines - Celteg are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit National Coracle Centre and Teifi Valley Railway Limited. West Wales Museum of Childhood and Welsh Wildlife Centre are also worth visiting.
