Brynhenllan Cottage is a delightful listed cottage in the coastal village of Dinas Cross, in north Pembrokeshire. With amenities close-by and access to the beach, it is an ideal base for a couple or family looking to explore the coast. Be welcomed into this beautiful, white-painted cottage, strolling up the garden path and heading towards the blue front door. Filled with character and charm, relax in the sitting room, enjoying the ambience of the woodburning stove and original features such as exposed brickwork and wooden beams. The kitchen offers a selection of amenities to cater to your culinary needs, and mealtimes can be savoured in the light and airy dining space. Outside, the cottage has a secluded front garden in which a small sit out area includes a wrought iron bench (made by the local blacksmith) and a delightful stone bench, a perfect spot in which to unwind. To the rear there is a lovely patio, ideal for evenings spent with the last of the sunshine and a glass of your favourite beverage. When sleep calls, freshen up in the shower room, before settling down for the night in one of the two well presented bedrooms: a double and a twin. The two rooms are interconnected and access to the double is via the twin room. The cottage is only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast Path and it is the perfect base from which to explore the magnificent local coast with spectacular circular walks to Cwm Yr Eglwys and delightful Aberbach beach, or longer walks towards Fishguard or Newport can all be enjoyed on foot from the front door of the cottage. Dinas Cross is a perfectly placed seaside village resting on the Pembrokeshire coastline, with a convenience store for all of your holiday essentials and the friendly pub The Ship Aground to quench your thirst after a long walk. For more amenities, independent stores and a greater variety of pubs, cafés, and restaurants, visit nearby Newport and continue along to Cardigan where you can find the birthplace of the Welsh Eisteddfod at Cardigan Castle for the historians of the group whilst the nature lovers can revel in the the Welsh Wildlife Centre at nearby Cilgerran or visit the estuary beach at Poppit Sands. On your way back to base, call in at Castell Henllys Iron Age Village and head further back in time to the Neolithic age, with a photo at the picture postcard Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber. There are many stunning walks throughout the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and along its Coast Path as well as high up into the mythical Preseli Hills, so make a memorable getaway to Sir Benfro with a stay at the delightful Brynhenllan Cottage.
