This bright and airy modern apartment is situated right in the centre of the popular fishing village of Saundersfoot, under 100 metres from the beach and harbour. The property's elevated position offers the most fabulous panoramic views over the busy working harbour and across the bay towards the Gower Peninsula, both from the house and the sunny decked garden. The village itself offers a wonderful selection of shops, bars and award-winning restaurants, and the vibrant harbour and fabulous coastal walks make this a fantastic year-round holiday destination. Tenby with its cobbled streets and golden sands is only 3.5 miles away and offers an array of amenities and seaside entertainment. Other local attractions which are within a short drive include Manor House Wildlife Park (4.5 miles), Folly Farm (4 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (8.5 miles). The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is easily accessed from the cottage with the tunnels to Wiseman’s Bridge in one direction and a wonderful, wooded walk to Tenby in the other.

The apartment is accessed through a secure entrance into the hallway leading to the two nicely furnished double bedrooms. The staircase leads you to the first floor where an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with amazing sea views awaits. The living area has a comfortable sofa and a TV. A large picture window looks out to the beach and harbour and there is a dining table and chairs for guests to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is well equipped for rustling up picnics, snacks and family meals. It features a Tassimo coffee machine, perfect for your morning coffee overlooking Saundersfoot Bay. A family bathroom with a small bath and an overhead shower completes the accommodation.

From the ground floor, steps lead down to a rear outside decked area, which is well equipped with a table and chairs seating four, a bistro set, a parasol, a sun lounger and a gas BBQ. A wonderful place to enjoy an evening glass of wine while enjoying the sea views over the rooftops.

This apartment is located in Saundersfoot. Avondale Glass and Tenby Museum and Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo and Ocean Commotion. Dinosaur Park and Makin Tracks are also worth visiting.
