Set within three acres of natural grounds alongside the owner's Georgian country mansion, the cottage features a blend of original character and modern amenities. The ground floor includes a spacious lounge with wooden flooring, an electric fire, and entertainment options such as a 32" Freeview TV, DVD player, and CD player. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for meal preparation, including an electric cooker, microwave, and dishwasher.

On the first floor, guests will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another featuring twin beds plus a single bed, accommodating families or small groups. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath and a WC. The property is equipped with oil central heating, and all utilities, bed linen, and towels are included. Additional amenities such as Wi-Fi, a travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available upon request, along with parking for two cars and a cycle store. The outdoor space includes a small courtyard and shared access to the expansive grounds, perfect for relaxation and outdoor dining.
