The central location means that the best of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches and attractions are within easy reach - the seaside village of Saundersfoot is just a 10 minute drive away and the market town of Narberth just a 20 minute drive.
Ael-Y-Bryn (Hill of Sight - referencing the view of Tenby church spire from the patio) offers spacious open plan living with a central living area featuring French doors which open out onto the furnished terrace, leading around to the bubbling hot tub - a perfect space to unwind after a busy day exploring the Pembrokeshire coast!
Each of the three bedrooms boasts its own luxurious en-suite, making this the perfect lodge for holidaying with extended family or friends and ensuring everyone has plenty of space.
Lounge/Dining area: Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 6 people. Feature gas fireplace. Large flat screen Smart TV with Freeview. French doors leading to the furnished terrace and hot tub with lovely countryside views.
Kitchen: Well-stocked with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer. Electric hob and oven.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed dressed with high quality bedding and sheets. Freeview Smart TV. Towels provided. Built-in wardrobes.
En-Suite: Large walk-in shower enclosure and deep stand alone bath. Toilet and basin. Heated towel rail. Underfloor heating.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed with high quality bedding and sheets. Freeview Smart TV. Towels provided. Ample storage.

Outside there is a patio area which takes in the countryside views and offers outdoor furniture for up to 6 people. There is a further seating area next to the hot tub (please ensure you book the hot tub if required) at the rear of the lodge.
Ael-Y-Bryn luxury lodge further benefits from parking for up to two cars and Wi-Fi.
Tenby town centre is approx. 20-25 minute walk from the lodge and the quiet village of Penally also offers two award winning restaurants, two cosy and traditional pubs and a bakery.
Two small or one medium dog permitted. Dogs to be kept on leads at all times on the park.
NB: There is an extra charge of £250 per week or short break for the use of the hot tub. We ensure that the water in the hot tub is changed before every guest so you can rest assured that the hot tub will be sparkling clean for you and your family. Please note that, due to the water being changed on the morning of your arrival, the hot tub may not reach full temperature until the following morning. If you require the hot tub, please specify this at the time of booking and at least 2 weeks prior to your stay as after this we cannot guarantee its availability.

A £150.00 damage and good housekeeping deposit is required when renting this property.

Please note that Penally Grange is a developing park and as such may sometimes have development work taking place. Currently, some of the works is being carried out toward the rear of the lodge, adjacent to the rear patio area.
Located in Tenby, this apartment is in a rural area. Tenby Castle and King's Quoit are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and Penally Court. Ocean Commotion and Dinosaur Park are also worth visiting.
