This two story, three bedroom property has been finished to a high standard while still retaining all of its amazing character.
Having three bedrooms, two bathroom and a large lounge it is a very comfortable holiday home perfect for the family holiday.
Tenby is a very pretty historic town with a picturesque harbour, award winning beaches and many restaurants, cafes and shops which will all be right on your doorstep.
You enter Canol Y Bryn into the beautifully decorated hallway with the living area on your right offering ample comfy seating to kick back and relax in front of the large flat screen smart TV. The fully fitted kitchen sits next to the living room with everything needed to cook for you and your guests and a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen opens out onto a lovely patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ to make the most of on those lovely summer evenings. At the rear of Canol Y Bryn you will find a utility room hosting a washing machine, dryer and a full size fridge freezer and a downstairs bathroom with a full size walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.
Heading upstairs you will the three bedrooms all exquisitely decorated. Two of the bedrooms boast double beds and the third is a beautiful twin room. The family bathroom is also located upstairs with a full size walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.

Exit the A48 onto the roundabout taking the second exit onto the A40. Take the first exit at the next roundabout and continue on the A40. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A477. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Hill Lane. Continue straight across the 2 mini roundabouts. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Narberth Road, after 1.4 miles take the second exit at the roundabout continuing along the Narberth Road, after 0.6 miles turn right onto St John's Hill, Canol Y Bryn is the light pink house half way down on your right.
This vacation home is located in Tenby. Tenby Museum and Art Gallery and Dinosaur Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Tenby Golf Club and The Spa at Celtic Haven. Ocean Commotion and Makin Tracks are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.
