As you enter the property you walk into a beautiful brand new modern kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm and a dining table. Just off the kitchen you will find the brand new bathroom consisting of bath with over head shower, toilet and hand basin. Continuing through you enter into the living room hosting comfy sofas where you can relax and enjoy the large smart TV. Heading upstairs you will find the three bedrooms. Two of the rooms boast double beds and the third is a beautiful twin room. To the rear of the property you will find a enclosed garden/decking area with table and chairs. Please note: One well behaved dog is welcome but not allowed on furniture or to be left alone.

At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A477. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Hill Lane. Continue straight across the 2 mini roundabouts, at the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Narberth Road, at the roundabout take the second exit continuing along the Narberth Road, continue down The Maudlins and take the second exit at the first roundabout and straight ahead at the second, Newell Hill will be on your right.
