Killin village is known as an extremely attractive place, surrounded by the stunning landscape of the Trossachs National Park. The village itself is home to the Falls of Dochart, which can be viewed from the village bridge and make up the western part of Loch Tay. The loch, which measures fifteen miles long, is the largest loch in Perthshire, and offers visitors the opportunity to try windsurfing and sailing, as well as being home to a shingle beach which can be found at the far end of the lake in Kenmore. The loch is flanked by the Ben Lawers mountain range, providing plenty of opportunities for keen walkers, who will be rewarded by stunning views. This property offers spacious single storey accommodation for four guests, surrounded by picturesque views of the surrounding hills. Passing the separate dining room, guests will come to the kitchen which has a breakfast bar seating area, as well as being equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms in the property: a king size and a restful twin, as well as a bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and a shower room with a shower and WC. Outside, the property benefits from an attractive landscaped garden, which is a great space to sit back and enjoy those fantastic views.
