Set within one of the most breakthaking views within Perthshire Tay valley The Clocktower/Coach house secluded development settles on the hillside above the historical 19th Century Kinfuans Castle, is ideally situated to offer rural tranqulity and swift access to one of Scotlands appealing cities.Originally created as stables and coach houses for the castle,The Archway of the Clocktower was once the entrance into the courtyard, Each side of the Clocktower would of been home to the footman and staff of the castle. The B listed stone built building is the centrepiece to the courtyard development, imaginatively converted to create an open plan lounge with feature window on the upper flloor that commands magnificent views of the Kinnoull Hill famous Folly. The accommodation had been completely refurbished to a traditional design with high quality of furnishings. Downstairs comprises of a fully modern kitchen with dinnig area, Combination oven/grill , electric glass hob, Microwave, washer/dryer, Kettle , toaster and Iron facilities. Newly opened onsite is the Kinfauns stables, guests can book Riding lessons in the indoor arena or go on hacks through the beauty of the kinnoull woodlands.
