Sidlaws is a wonderful first floor barn conversion set in the owners’ spacious grounds. Ideal for extended families who want a bit of space, the property is a combination of two first floor apartments, the first is accessed via an external staircase, and has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower over bath and a lovely view over the garden from its balcony in the open plan living room/kitchen. A second apartment also on the first floor is accessed through the large games room on the ground floor via a spiral staircase and comprises a double bedroom on open plan to a seating area and kitchenette, along with a separate shower room. Families and friends can get together and enjoy the brilliant facilities which include a proper cinema room, complete with plush seats and large screen as well as a dedicated games room with pool table, table tennis and table football.
Outside there is a separate garden for guests to enjoy amongst the wonderful scenery surrounding the property. Situated in Blairgowrie by the River Isla, this is a tranquil base to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside in Highland Perthshire and the Angus Glens. Located down a quiet country lane between Coupar Angus and Blairgowrie, both are a 5-minute drive away, with plenty of good facilities; Blairgowrie has a supermarket, local shops including an award-winning butchers, little cafes and good restaurants. Dundee is a 20-minute drive away and offers a wider range of shops and is home to the V&A museum, Dundee Contemporary Arts and the Discovery and Verdant Works. There is a small airport with flights to and from London City and Belfast City. The Sidlaws is the perfect location to base yourself for exploring the local and surrounding area or just sitting back in the evening and enjoy your magnificent surroundings. There is something for everyone to enjoy here, from golf fishing, to cycling, walking and water sports.

Camperdown Wildlife Centre and Dundee Karting are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
