The living room is equipped with a Plasma TV with a linked Media Centre allowing films to be viewed and retrieved in cinema sound surround with the room equipped with electronically controlled ceiling mood lighting to suit every event. There is a multi-channel TV system as well as FREE WiFi internet access. A large selection of books, games and novels are also available.

The balconied master bedroom features an en suite shower, super king size bed, built-in mirrored wardrobe and leads into the designer open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops and a dining area. The open tread oak staircase leads to ground floor level where there is 1 x twin bedroom & a further bedroom that can be either super king or twin. One with an en suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe and the other an en suite shower and door leading out to the rear enclosed garden where there is a hot tub, gas barbecue and patio furniture for al fresco dining. All bedrooms have televisions and dvd players. A games area with TV and connected Xbox 360 is situated under the stairs with a selection of games. There is also a well-equipped utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a separate cloakroom/WC.
