ABOUT THE PROPERTY :
The Old Armoury is situated in a quiet no-through road right on the sea front in the charming west coast village of Gairloch. The uninterrupted views across the bay, with the beach in the foreground and mountains beyond are exemplary. This substantial semi-detached stone house has an interesting history; once used as a store for the military during the First World War, it now provides Self Catering accommodation for up to seven visitors in its rooms.
The Guesthouse is ideal for a relaxing break away, in a quiet, yet central location in the village.
FACILITIES :
LIVING ROOM
The living room has a warm, welcoming open fireplace and from the main window there are amazing seascapes. The room has a 43” Smart TV.
DINING ROOM
Across the hall from the living room is a dining room with the same magnificent views. A Dining Table and chairs, suitable for seven guests is in this room, along with a dresser, containing glasses, tableware, games and books.
KITCHEN
The spacious Farmhouse style kitchen is very well equipped with appliances such as a 4 slice toaster and a bread maker, and has an electric cooker, microwave, two fridges, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a dining table and chairs in the kitchen.
UTILITY ROOM
A large utility room is next to the kitchen, with wash hand basin, tumble dryer and washing machine.
BOOK CORNER
There is a small book corner, containing children’s books and games and also books of interest and leaflets and tourist information.
BEDROOMS
A staircase leads up to the four generously proportioned bedrooms. All except the single room have their own hand basin.

Bedroom 3: With twin beds and sea view
Bedroom 4: With single bed and sea view
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
There is a family sized bathroom, with toilet, and shower over the bath.
DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM
There is a separate toilet and shower room on the ground floor. This makes this house an ideal choice for a two family holiday or for larger groups.
OUTDOOR AREA
There is a small courtyard with garden bench, containing outdoor toys. Private parking for 2 cars. No access is permitted to the rear garden, as this belong to the adjoining property.
OTHER FACILITIES
Economy 7 heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial coal for open fire included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request.
WIFI
Free unlimited Wifi is available through the house.

This vacation home is located in Gairloch. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve and Gairloch Beach, while Gairloch Heritage Museum and Deer Museum are cultural highlights. Perfume Studio and The Brother's Point are also worth visiting.
