Any single sex parties or group bookings will have to be approved by Hoseasons before a booking can be confirmed. Failure to do this may result in refusal of entry on arrival at the park.

This lodge is located in Jedburgh. Monteviot House and Mary Queen of Scots House are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Woodside Garden Centre and Scott's View.
