The beautiful Georgian town of Stamford is only 5 miles away where you can explore the variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants, and the market too. On the outskirts is the Elizabethan House of Burghley (8 miles) which is open to the public and where the Burghley Horse Trials are held each September. The classic market town of Oakham is 6 miles away in the opposite direction with beautiful buildings, historic sites, and a range of shops and restaurants including a market on a Wednesday and Saturday. Step through into the beautiful flagstone floored hallway and enter the kitchen. The first thing you will notice is the eye catching exposed wall and surrounding beams. Upstairs there is a king size bedroom, a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a single bedroom. The family bathroom offers a beautiful slipper bath and WC, so don t forget your bubble bath. There is a spacious lawned garden which is enclosed by a five bar gate and mature hedging. Relax on the patio where you will find a bubbling hydrotherapy hot tub and outdoor seating and a BBQ perfect for dining alfresco. There is off road parking for four cars.
