Access to the property is via electric gates. These will be open on arrival unless unaccompanied Check-in has been requested

Two sets of keys are provided, each consisting of: Gate remote

Dining:
The Dining Room table has additional leaves (stored under stairs) and extends to seat 14
6-8 can sit at the Conservatory dining table
4-6 can sit at the Sitting Room table next to the woodburner
The outside table can sit a maximum of 10
There is loads of cutlery and crockery, and plenty of glasses, serving dishes and platters. More can be requested if you are planning something special
Echo Dots:
There are Echo Dots in all rooms.
These can be operated by using the "Alexa" Commands, and can provide music, intercom and more
Normal Alexa Commands just control the unit in that room.
ALL Units are grouped, and so have the following facilities:
"Alexa, ANNOUNCE Wakey, wakey rise and shine" - The announcenment will play in ALL Rooms
"Alexa, play music in THE COACH HOUSE" - Music will play in ALL Rooms
"Alexa, DROP IN to Garden bedroom" - this enables you to intercom to the Garden Bedroom

Dogs/Pets:
Two well behaved dogs are welcome
Inside the house they should be restricted to the TV Room and Utility/Rear Lobby
Dogs should not be allowed to climb on furniture
The TV Room exterior door allows access to the dog-proof "back garden"
Please make sure that you clear up after your dogs, putting any waste in the green bin
A "Poop-a-Scoop" is provided
Dogs should not be allowed in the sitting Room, or any bedrooms
Games:
There are a selection of Games and Jigsaws in the TV Room Cupboards & Drawers
Television:
The TV Room has a 60" Smart TV
Please remember to delete any user account details you have used before departure
Broadband:
The Broadband is provided by AirBand (Cell Tower based system) and should stream at up to 40mbs, but is slightly more tempermental than a fibre/copper based system
If Broadband "drops out" try rebooting the modem in the LH Cupbaord under the TV in the TV Room
Whole house Wi-Fi is provided by TP-Link Repeaters located as follows:

Sitting Room - Between big windows
Garden Bedroom - RH Bedside table
The indicator light on the top should be WHITE for normal operation
If RED - turn power off, wait 30 seconds, turn power back on. Light goes AMBER then WHITE
If AMBER - wait as unit is resetting. When WHITE it should be fully operational
