Overlooking the River Severn, this end-terraced Grade II listed, iron workers cottage enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding valley, including the historic Iron Bridge, which lies just a short walk away with views over the River Severn gorge. The accommodation, with original features, comprises a living space with an original Coalbrookdale fireplace with open fire, leading through to the kitchen with inglenook fireplace and Belfast sink, and should you need it for storage, a cool cellar is also available. On the first floor there is a good-sized double bedroom taking in the stunning views of the river, a single bedroom and a shower room. The cottage is situated close to several bars, shops and restaurants, with the nearest public house within close walking distance, just ¼ mile away from the property, making it the perfect resting place to enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the river. Ironbridge also has many attractions to explore.
Severn View Cottage is 6 miles from the town of Telford, which provides great transport links and plenty more shops and restaurants to enjoy. Within an easy drive are Much Wenlock, Bridgnorth, Ludlow and National Trust properties, while several walks can be found at Wrekin, Wnlock Edge and the Long Mynd. Shop and restaurant ¼ mile, pub 155 yards.
