Ploony Hill Lodge, Bleddfa

Shropshire. Sleeps up to 4

This charming log cabin takes an elevated position, resting on top of a curved lane and nestled in the base of a sloped wooded valley within the village of Bleddfa. Perfectly located for walking and exploring the area, travellers will look forward to returning here each day, or couples can turn this into a romantic retreat of their own. Stroll past the beautiful countryside views and enter into the cottage where you will arrive at an open-plan lounge area. Cosy up in the sitting room on the comfortable sofas and spend an evening in front of the woodburner with your loved ones. Choose from either of the two bedrooms for a peaceful nights sleep; the first is a king-size, whilst the second is set up as a twin. After the sun sets, relax with a good book or reminisce over your adventures and wake up to the lovely ambience all over again. The family bathroom is an ideal place to get ready, boasting both a bath and a shower so you have everything you need to unwind from one day to the next. A large enclosed garden ties this cottage together with valleyside views, a hot tub, and even a pizza oven hut for those social afternoons. Bleddfa is a small quiet village in the rolling hills of Radnorshire, on the edge of Radnor Forest with walks through the village to a view point above. The town of Presteigne is just 8.5 miles away and is home to the Presteigne Festival, an international arts and music festival, as well as a range of independent shops and an award-winning museum. A fabulous log cabin and location for a holiday to remember.
