The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms which are a ground floor zip/link twin with an en-suite wet room, a double with a single day bed and an en-suite bathroom, and a single room. There is also a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture and a barbecue. Barn End is ideally placed for discovering both Mid Wales and Shropshire.

Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fire, fuel and power incl in rent. Electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer in external utility, TV with basic Sky, DVD, Superfast WIFI. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, £25 extra charge for second dog. Shop 3 miles, pub 8 mins walk.
