Resting in the middle of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, moments away from the River Severn, is this stylish, mid-terrace holiday home of 6 The Engine Shed. Like its namesake, this property is a converted engine shed that has been carefully renovated to a high standard to suit a family of six, whilst also sitting moments away from the train station. On arrival, you'll be pleased to discover one allocated parking space, so you can get settled in and get your holiday started with ease. After relaxing for a moment, climb the stairs to the first-floor kitchen/diner, a fabulous, mezzanine space with glass balustrades, where the chef of the family can rustle up culinary delights for all to enjoy. Settle down to dinner at the nearby dining table, a spot that is perfectly lit by the original arched windows; why not open a bottle of wine to accompany your meal, you're on a getaway after all? After dinner, unwind further in the sitting room or throw any old clothing into the nearby utility, before freshening up in the neighbouring cloakroom and climbing the stairs to the second floor, where three well-appointed bedrooms await. The first of the bedrooms consists of a double benefiting from a TV along with access to an en-suite shower room, the second is a double and the third offers twin beds; All bedrooms have Velux windows! Before setting out to explore your surroundings, make a coffee with the kitchen's handy coffee machine and take it out to the front garden, where you can lounge on a bench before wandering into the town.
