Lovely popular swimming river just below house with canal and cycle path into bath and bradford on avon. You can walk or cycle out of the garden gate all the way to Bath or Bradford on Avon without touching a road. Two great pubs a few minutes walk away. Shop and farm shop within walking distance.

In Bath (10-15mins) there is the internationally renowned Bath Theatre Royal which Vicky is involved with.

Trains station 10mins walk away.

There is also Iford Opera Festival every summer ten minutes away. Longleat safari park is 20mins drive away, bristol 35mins.
