The property has eight bedrooms set over the ground and first floor; two super-king-size with en-suite bathrooms, two ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bathrooms, a ground-floor twin with en-suite, a ground-floor family room with a super-king-size and a single, a ground-floor double and finally a single bedroom, altogether sleeping 16 guests. There is a ground-floor sauna and shower room, and a ground-floor bathroom, along with a kitchen/diner with sofa area and woodburning stove, a utility room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug with traditional board games. Completing the property is the games room with a pool table and electric stove, as well as a hot tub and an outdoor swimming pool, enclosed courtyard and lawns, with off-road parking for five cars. The Old Byres is an extremely spacious and beautiful home, making an ideal base for exploring this wondrous part of the country with your family.
