Higgihaus (7 Bed). Large House. Big Groups. Best Location., City Of Bristol

Somerset. Sleeps up to 18

## Space

The higgihaus@hampton is a beautifully appointed and achingly stylish large five-storey Victorian semi detached house located in a conservation area in one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods. The house can easily be configured to accommodate a range of group sizes. In this configuration the house is comprised of seven spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, three funky bathrooms (two with full baths), an amazing sitting room, big kitchen/diner, gardens and off-road parking for up to five cars.

The kitchen/diner on the lower ground floor contains everything a budding Gordon Ramsey and team of sous-chefs might conceivably need to cater for the hungry hordes: An industrial-style range cooker and a grill is complimented by a gas-fired Aga (two ovens and two hotplates), microwave/combination oven, a large fridge/freezer, and a large capacity dishwasher. The tables, benches, and chairs can accommodate 16 diners (more at a squeeze).

The kitchen/diner opens onto a small, but perfectly formed private rear garden that contains plenty of outdoor seating and a very large gas barbeque.

With the large sitting room there's plenty of room for higgihausmates to play board games (provided), read, listen to music, watch cable TV (Virgin), catch a movie (Netflix) or just relax and unwind around a real fire.

In the bedrooms, you'll find mattresses that are cutting edge, crisp cotton linens and duvets and pillows that are as soft as a bag of kittens. Each bedroom comes equipped with a 40-inch internet-connected smart TV, USB charging points placed immediately adjacent to the bed and a hairdryer. To accommodate the largest groups, two of the bedrooms can be equipped with additional air beds (our airbeds are full height and super comfy) and another of the bedrooms contains a single sofa bed.

In the bathrooms, rainfall showers stand ready to invigorate and two of the three bathrooms contain full baths. We've even included eco-friendly shampoo and body wash.

The higgihaus@hampton is perfect for groups of family/friends visiting the city for an event or just looking for a comfortable and stylish house for a group of friends to get together and hang out (subject to acceptance of the house rules of course). Please, however, do note that whilst we're delighted to host groups visiting the city, parties or events at the property are strictly forbidden.

## Access

The front door to the building has a keyless entry system and you will be given the entry code 24 hours prior to check-in. Video cameras are provided front and rear for your comfort and safety.

## Interaction

The higgihaus@hampton (#46) is a self-contained house for your exclusive use during your stay in our awesome city. There is no need for you to interact with us but should you need anything we'd be delighted to help. #teamhiggi are a friendly bunch who love Bristol and it is worth noting that Luke (who was born in Bristol) knows it like the back of his hand (well the best bits anyway) and he and Delyth eat out a lot. Luke is thus a veritable goldmine of places to see, things to do, restaurants to eat at, bars worth a visit and how to get about. We'll provide contact numbers ahead of check-in (feel free to call and say hi).

## Neighborhood

higgihaus@hampton (#46) is a mere stone's throw from Cotham Hill and the Whiteladies Road, both chock full of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, leisure facilities (including a cinema and gym) and all the transport options you’ll likely need when staying in our awesome city (including the train at Clifton Down). The Downs (400 acres of amazing parkland) is a hop, skip and a jump away in one direction and the city centre is a short walk in the other. Clifton Village, the Gloucester Road, Stokes Croft and the Harbourside are all easily reached on foot. The BBC, Bristol Royal Infirmary and Bristol University are all nearby.

##Transit

Parking

The higgihaus@hampton has off-road parking at the rear of the property and with a little bit of juggling, could accommodate up to five cars (depending on size!). Between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, you'll need a parking permit (which we can provide at a cost of £10 per day).

Clifton Down Shopping Centre also provides secure and overnight parking and is less than a five-minute walk away:
