Here you will be ideally placed to explore the unique, historic and diverse landscape of West Somerset at any time of year. The Pippins is a very comfortable property which benefits from gas central heating and double glazing throughout providing your home comforts in this stunning area. The bungalow sleeps two people in one bedroom, which can be made up as a super-king size or as twin beds. The spacious lounge has a conservatory with dining area attached and the kitchen has an adjoining utility room to store your walking boots. The bathroom is also spacious and benefits from a bath and separate shower unit. he Pippins has been awarded Visit Britain 4 Star Gold Status for last the 3 years.

The Pippins kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and electric oven with ceramic hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
A television (with free-sat), DVD player and CD player is provided in the living room and wireless broadband is available throughout the property.

Electricity and heating
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The Pippins benefits from central heating which can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

Linen and towels
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.

Other provisions
A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. The cottage is equipped with salt and pepper mills and some cleaning materials to get you started and one or two toilet rolls will also be provided.

Outside the property
Directly outside is a table and some chairs for you to enjoy alfresco dining should you choose to. The gardens are shared with another self-catering cottage (The Bramleys) and the main house which the owners run as a Bed & Breakfast, however there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the stunning scenery.

Parking
Off-road parking is available in an allocated space.

Security deposit
The owner requires a £40 cash deposit to be paid upon arrival to cover the cost of any damage to the property. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, providing there are no breakages or damage.

Arrival and departure
The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.

Changeover days
The Pippins is available for week breaks during peak periods. Short breaks (minimum three nights) are available at other times. Please see the availability page for further details.

This apartment is located in Minehead. Bakelite Museum and Dunster Dolls Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include The Chocolate House and Blenheim Gardens. Exmoor Owl & Hawk Centre and Exmoor Adventures are also worth visiting.
