A lovely modern 2 bedroom home located in the historic harbour town of Watchet on the North Somerset coast. A great affordable option to use as a base to explore this fabulous area. Watchet itself is a delightful little harbour town and the larger resort town of Minehead - the Gateway to Exmoor - is 20 minutes away by car.

The Space:
A modern two bedroom home. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge diner and conservatory with pretty garden to the rear. There is a downstairs WC. Upstairs is a double and single bedroom and bathroom. Gas central heating and double glazing. Parking space for one car.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the whole property to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
A charming little coastal town with an active Marina and Old Port, and shops. An ideal place to stay for a few days or even longer, with many walks in beautiful countryside, along the interesting coastline or just sit on the Esplanade with a cider or an ice cream.
Places to visit include The Mineral Line, three museums, the Watchet War Memorial, the steam railway, the Hellwell Bay fossil beach and paddling pool, St. Decumens Church and Holy Well, the marina and the memorial sports ground, which includes public tennis courts, children's play area and an outdoor gym.

Dunster Castle is also nearby.
Butlins is in near by Minhead.

No smoking

Located in Watchet, this vacation home is by the sea. Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include The Chocolate House and Blenheim Gardens. Bishop's Lydeard Station and Exmoor Owl & Hawk Centre are also worth visiting.
