Security deposit: A security deposit of £100 is required on arrival via card and will be refunded on departure after a check.
There is currently building work taking place at Rookery Manor, which will be ongoing for approximately 4 weeks. We hope to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

Spa opening times: Thursday – Tuesday 10am – 5pm, prebooking highly recommended to avoid disappointment. The spa also offers a small bar and coffee machine. Light lunches are also offered which can be prebooked 24 hours in advance. Tel: 01934 750200
All of our decking is enclosed for the safety of any small children and pets.
The Restaurant is temporality closed and the bar is running on reduced hours. We are also currently undergoing some building work as the Park is expanding
Please be aware before booking that some building work may be taking place during November till the 10th of December (this will be kept to minim disruption). This may continue in January and February 2022 however this will just be minor works which won't impact your stay.
