This beautiful detached barn is situated in the owners working sheep farm, located between the popular villages of Winford and Chew Magna. Charming village pubs are in abundance with one in Winford and three in Chew Magna alone. There are many walks accessible from the property and it is perfectly located to enjoy the area's must see locations. Visit the historic spa city of Bath, the metropolitan city of Bristol, the picturesque scenery of Cheddar Gorge and Caves, and Wells, the smallest cathedral city in England as well as the local lakes of Blagdon and Chew Valley. Also, conveniently located for Bristol airport three miles away. The sandy beach at Weston Super Mare is also worth a visit offering a taste of the traditional English seaside. From a narrow country lane drive through the private entrance to the property. Enter the kitchen which is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. In the adjoining utility room you will find the washing machine and separate WC. Through to the open plan lounge/diner where you can relax in front of the wood burner and watch a film on the TV or head out of the French doors into the garden. Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms, one double with views over countryside and one twin. The bathroom with shower over bath and WC is also on this floor. The enclosed garden with charcoal BBQ, patio and lawn is the perfect place for al fresco dining or for the children to play. Here you can enjoy far reaching countryside views and views of the spring fed listed aqueduct built in 1847 which crosses one of the fields. There is a Wendy house available for the children to enjoy, this also doubles as extra storage for bikes.
